My little rap star...

LittleMan is watching Yo-Gabba-Gabba and is trying to beatbox to the "Snacky Snack" song. It's quite darling.

New words...Yucky, and it's funny to hear him say that. He also says "excuse you" instead of excuse me. It's funny, especially when we pass people at the grocery store.

He calls Macie, Beat You because I said I was going to beat her if she didn't stop barking. He calls his cousin's Yorkie Bite You because my Nanny told him that she (dog) was going to bite him.

I also love to hear him say, "Help me, I'm stuck."

He now recognizes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10. He knows the colors purple, red (and rojo), green, yellow, orange, and blue.

This is a fun age on days that we don't have tantrums. I definitely know why they coined the phrase "terrible twos."

Pop!

We just got back from eating at local Chinese restaurant. The sweet waitresses brought bubbles for LittleMan to play with while we ate. He started happily screaming, "Pop, pop, pop!" when the bubbles were flying high. He had watched a Dora episode earlier in the day, and Boots had lost his rubber ducky. They had to pop bubbles, so he was doing what Dora and Boots were doing in the show.

So cute. I love how he was able to pull that into real life!

Accomplishments

I went to my sister's house last week, and she had been working on this incredible baby book for her little one. VERY detailed, however most of it was the same from month to month. Goodness, I haven't document LittleMan's milestones like I should have. I feel a bit guilty.

So, updated things that LittleMan likes says/likes...

• Aww nuts-and he uses it in the correct context.
• Help me, help me, I'm stuck.
• He can identify 2, 4, 5, 6, 8.
• He likes Yo-Gabba-Gabba, Dora, Diego, and he LOVES Blues Clues--but he prefers Joe over Steve.
• He carries around a notepad and a crayon. It's his favorie thing to play with.

He truly is becoming his own little person!
